1936-1943
Very popular Texas A&M leather helmet look, as this helmet was worn by the 1939 National Championship team, of which my second cousin was a member, and recently celebrated the 60th anniversary of that squad.

Dates are uncertain, but evidence shows that A&M was wearing these helmets in 1943, in tandem with the above leather helmets. These helmets were also worn in 1935.
